  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable for items purchased directly from our website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a store credit or refund.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

  • For other returns, a nominal shipping fee may be deducted.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos for quick resolution.
